I'm still alive! What a year its been! Short version: I got offered a hella bartending gig in Williston, North Dakota. I made a lot of money, but due to employee shortages, I could never get my schedule consistent and I was going six weeks at a time, without seeing my horse. Finally, two weeks ago I finally had enough, said DEUCES, and walked off the job.
The horse I came home to: Big, the boss of his paddock and remembers me and most of his ground work.
No more fartin around. Lets do this!
Oh yeah...I um...gained 40lbs in Williston. Don't worry, I'm fixing it!

ReplyDeleteAhhh Williston. Still have not been there nor do I have any desire to go out there... The husband keeps telling me that if something happens to his job and needs a new one, he is going to go out west and work on the rigs. I told him to have fun. I'd be staying in East Dakota.
